For a long time my life had been eaten up by various things, mostly a training course that swallowed every last available brain cell...and I think it was very obvious from my erratic presence on here (or at least, I hope it was at least sorta noticable, 'cause I'd like to think that people notice me! :XD: ) that my art-related activities were suffering.

I've been lagging behind on posting...lagging VERY behind on commenting on the stuff from people I watch, and not bothering my arse to answer a lot of comments that people left me. I have art that I made AGES ago that I haven't gotten around to submitting.

Well, firstly I want to apologise to anyone I watch whose art I ignored, and to anyone who left a comment for me that went ignored as well.

Secondly, on the off chance that anyone would WANT to...I am thinking I would really love to do art trades. I've never done them before, and I see people doing them and it looks like fun. Or, alternatively...requests? I dunno if anyone would like my work enough to actually request something, but I just want to get back into the swing of things.

Mostly, I really want to do some fanart. I've been really engrossed in my comic projects, which are superfun, but I enjoy doing fanart. The fandoms I know or like well enough are pretty limited, and can be guessed from looking at my gallery. Inuyasha and Heroes, mostly...with a bit of FF7 thrown in (I know I've only ever posted Red XIII fanart in my gallery, but I've been known to draw Cloud and such, just never posted them here because they were private gifts for people. Just no Sephiroth. He's WAAAAY too hard to draw. Seriously.) But, I can have a go at anything anime/manga-styled really.

So, um, yes. Keep in mind that I'll be deeply embarrassed if nobody takes up my offer, so even a "pity request" would keep me happy.

And in the meantime, I shall be busy catching up with everything that I've been missing out on.

*I am obsessed with cats, and like to make a comic about the joys of pet ownership.

Thank you for your nice comment on my comments.

In response to your questions:

I use mostly Manga Studio (for lineart and black and white work) and Photoshop (for colouring)for my art. I don't think anyone's ever asked me that before. I feel special.

And as for the other stuff: I live in the Republic of Ireland. That's the best answer anyone's gonna get out of me when it comes to personal stuff. Gotta maintain the mystique, y'know? :XD: :giggle:
